TESTIMONY:

My Testimony There was a time when I didn’t believe I would survive my own life. For years, I carried wounds I didn’t know how to heal. Trauma, addiction, shame, and fear quietly shaped my choices. I didn’t wake up one day and decide to fall apart — I was surviving the only way I knew how. What looked like strength on the outside was exhaustion and pain on the inside. Addiction became my escape when I didn’t know how to face what hurt. I lost my sense of worth and forgot who God created me to be. I stayed in broken places because broken felt familiar. I believed lies about myself that were never true — that I was too damaged, too far gone, and beyond redemption. But God didn’t abandon me in that place. At my lowest point, when I had nothing left to numb the pain, God met me exactly where I was. Not with judgment. Not with shame. With mercy. With truth. With a quiet but undeniable invitation to choose life. Sobriety didn’t just change my behavior — it changed my heart. Healing wasn’t instant, and it wasn’t easy. God began peeling back layers I had buried for years, teaching me how to sit with my pain instead of running from it. He showed me that freedom comes not from escaping suffering, but from walking through it with Him. What the enemy meant to destroy me, God used to refine me. Today, I live differently. I choose honesty over hiding. Obedience over chaos. Peace over patterns that once felt normal. I’m still healing, but I am no longer lost. God restored my voice, my strength, and my purpose — one step at a time. My story is not about perfection. It’s about grace. It’s about a God who redeems what seems impossible and gives beauty in exchange for ashes. If you are reading this and feel broken, ashamed, or convinced it’s too late — I want you to know this: God is not finished with you. Your past does not disqualify you. There is another chapter waiting, and God already holds the key. I am living proof that restoration is real — and that the key to destiny is surrendering your life to the One who created it.
